Is your produce really organic?

Yes, we do source organic produce from reputable local companies.

As it’s our desire for our own family to embrace organic, we’re extra diligent to ensure we get the best quality produce while extending its affordability to all of us.

Where do you source your produce from?

Our produce is sourced from a local organic distributor. Many hours and plenty of negotiations have been had in order for us to do this, and we feel its worth the effort to ensure that our network of health-seekers get fresh organic produce at affordable pricing. In fact, many clients are thrilled about the quality of produce and superb pricing they’re experiencing from this service. And this makes us happy-happy.

This seems like a lot of work. Why are you doing this?

Yes, it is work, but it’s well worth it.

In the beginning, our motivation for supplying organic produce to our family and friends was for convenience and to make it financially feasible for our family to eat organic. Have you seen the organic produce prices at the stores??

Frankly, it’s a lot of work. But we’re of the mindset that this hard work will pay incredible dividends for our family’s health and the health of our customers’ families.

I'm new. Where do I place my order?

Firstly, we’d like to THANK YOU for wanting to be a part of our Crazy Peppers extended family!

It’s simple. Simply click on the “Shop” button in the top navigation bar above, and the shopping cart will guide you through your first order. At this time, we’re providing an a la carte produce ordering option. We’ve been receiving many requests for a produce box that customers can order, with the convenience (and surprise) of a set number of organic produce items, at a set price. More details on this option will be published on our website shortly…

We look forward to your first order with us, and many orders to come 🙂

Is there an ordering day? Where do I pick up my order?

How do I pay for my order?

Cash or cheques are welcome.

When you see your order total in the shopping cart, this is the amount of cash (if this is your payment option) we recommend you bring. On the other hand, if you would like to pick up a few more items when you’re here, you’re welcome to add to your order. Just bring some extra cash to accommodate for your additions. As we’re paying for everyone’s orders to our suppliers ahead of time, we will not be able to honor an outstanding tab. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. PayPal option is now available on the checkout page

Are your prices more expensive or cheaper than X store?

We were wondering when you were going to ask this question 🙂

As our degrees of separation to the source is shortened, and our overhead low, you’ll find that our pricing reflects a savings to you. We’re going to publish a product/price matrix very soon. In the meantime, our clients have shared – with excitement, we might add – that our prices are much less expensive than Big Box stores’ “organic” produce, and even better at times to “non-organic” produce pricing.

Lastly, to pass on more savings to you, we don’t add a delivery service fee to your order like popular home delivery services do, as you’re picking up your order. This means you can take your organic produce savings and use it elsewhere in your family budget 🙂
